OMNIEX LTD GDPR Policy

This policy outlines how OMNIEX LTD ("we", "us", "our") complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other data protection laws in our role as a data controller and, in some cases, a data processor.

We will only share your data with third parties when necessary to provide our services, such as with our cloud hosting provider (Google Cloud) or other essential APIs. We have contracts in place to ensure these third parties also comply with GDPR.

We have implemented technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. When the data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
