Technical Data: IP addresses, device types, operating systems, and other diagnostic data sent by devices under our management.
Account Data: Usernames and hashed passwords for our RMM platform.

We will only share your data with third parties when necessary to provide our services, such as with our cloud hosting provider (Google Cloud) or other essential APIs. We have contracts in place to ensure these third parties also comply with GDPR.
We have implemented technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. When the data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
