OMNIEX LTD provides Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) services for computers, IoT devices, and other mobile technology. Our services include, but are not limited to, device monitoring, status reporting, IT support, and remote assistance.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Services.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Our Services are provided on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or OMNIEX LTD cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.
A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You must provide us with accurate and complete billing information.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services.
We utilize third-party platforms, including but not limited to Google Cloud and various third-party APIs, to power and deliver our Services. These platforms are essential for functions such as data storage, real-time communication, and other core components of our RMM platform.
You acknowledge and agree that your use of our Services may be subject to the terms and conditions of these third-party providers. While we take every precaution to ensure service reliability, we are not liable for any service disruptions or data loss caused by these third-party platforms.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by OMNIEX LTD.
OMNIEX LTD has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that OMNIEX LTD shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. OMNIEX LTD does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
In no event shall OMNIEX LTD, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services;
any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;
any content obtained from the Services; and
unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
